Welcome to Nicole Serafino Aesthetics! Nicole is located in Gainesville, VA and is happy to accommodate clients from all cities. Her goal is to provide luxurious personalized care with the most innovative and safe products the industry has to offer. Nicole takes pride in her personable atmosphere, accepting all skin types and welcoming clients into her judgement-free zone. At NSA you can receive eyelash extensions in a variety of styles as well as facial services with ethical and a result driven focus. Nicole served 5 years in the United States Marines and studied at the George Washington University, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She furthered her education at the Dermal Science Institute of Aesthetics and became a licensed aesthetician. Nicole is a certified lash technician and is continuing her education to practice master aesthetics in the near future. Nicole is a Certified DMK Skin Revision Therapist.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in your aesthetician’s day that could have been filled by another client. As such, all appointments are subject to a 72 hour cancellation policy. Clients that cancel within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service booked, taken from the card on file; Same day cancelations will be charged 70% of the service booked, taken from the card on file; and no call or no shows will be charged 100% of the service booked, taken from the card on file. Multiple instances of canceling will no longer be taken on as a client.
Cards that are placed on file will not be charged until the day of your appointment, if that is going to be your method of payment. (This is for no show protection and last minute cancellations).
Payment for your service is due in full by the end of your appointment.
Please do your best to arrive to your appointment on time. You will be given a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you run the risk of your appointment getting canceled and you will have to reschedule.
